FREE WIFI
During your shopping trip, you can enjoy free WiFi.
TOILETS
Our conveniently located toilets can be found:
- On the upper mall by H&M
- On the lower mall by Boots
- On CP2 level, Central Atrium
- All toilets have some enlarged cubicles to accommodate a pushchair
first aid
In case of an accident or emergency, you’ll be In safe hands. Our security staff are trained in First Aid skills and will assist on request.

DISABLED TOILETS
We have multiple disabled toilets to make your experience at the centre hassle-free. You can find these above the Central Atrium on car park level 2, on the Upper Mall by H&M and on the Lower Mall by Boots.
Our Changing Places toilet can be found on the Lower Mall by Boots and includes the following features:
- Bench Height Adjustable, Adult Sized, Free Standing
- Hoist Ceiling
- Peninsular Toilet
- Non Slip Floor
- Floor Space (sq. m) – 12
- Emergency Alarm
- Privacy Screen
- Paper Roll
Please note that to use the hoist you will need to bring your own sling.
GUEST SERVICE LOUNGE
INFORMATION, SHOP MOBILITY, BLUE BADGE PARKING.
The guest service lounge can be found on the Upper Mall by the lifts opposite Bunka and M&S, and includes Shopmobility, Guest Information, Blue Badge Parking.

AMAZON LOCKERS
Our Amazon Lockers offer the perfect drop-off point to ensure you take delivery of your online orders securely. Located in the Central Atrium, Car Park Level 1, your items will be deposited safely in your own personal locker, allowing you to pick up your purchases at a time that suits you.
Any items you wish to return can also be left in your locker where they will be collected at an arranged time. The best bit is, there are no additional fees, making your shopping experience even easier at The Glades.

the car wash company
‘While you shop’ car wash facilities can be found in the car park on level 1 and Boots car park level 1. Opening hours Monday – Saturday 09:00 – 18:00, Sunday and Bank Holidays 10:00 – 17:00.
