PLEASE NOTE: Visitors can now use our Scan & Pay service to pay for parking.

Upon entering the car park, you will receive a ticket with a QR code. You can still pay for parking at the pay machines or at the barrier upon exit, but now you can scan the QR code from your phone to quickly and easily pay for your parking.

Please note, there is a 20-minute grace period from the time of payment to exiting the car park.

We hope this new service enhances your shopping experience at The Glades.

Blue Badge Parking

If you are an owner of a Blue Badge, please head to the Guest Service Lounge to claim up to 4 free hours of parking.

Car park tariff

• Up to 1 Hour: £1.50

• Up to 2 Hours: £3.00

• Up to 3 Hours: £4.00

• Up to 4 Hours: £5.00

• Up to 5 Hours: £6.00

• Up to 6 Hours: £7.50

• Over 6 Hours: £15.00

Parking from 6pm until car park closure, a flat rate of £1.50 applies.

From 7am onwards, standard hourly rates resume.

Please note that this policy also applies to PCP (Prepaid Car Park Pass) customers.

Important Information

The car park is intended for short-term use. Overnight parking is not permitted, and additional charges may apply for vehicles left for extended periods. The Glades reserves the right to recover any outstanding parking fees.
