The Asian-inspired food brand opened their ‘eat beautiful’ restaurant right here at The Glades in Bromley back in August. A firm favourite with our shoppers, we thought we’d show you around the restaurant and get to know itsu! 

Located on the Lower Mall next to our Apple and Skechers stores, the new itsu restaurant prides itself on having its own kitchen, making nutritious dishes which are steamed [never fried] and made on the spot, with responsibly sourced ingredients.

‘Beautiful food, beautifully done’ is itsu’s motto, and this is apparent the moment you set foot through the door. Everything from the food to the store design is welcoming and beautifully presented. 

Customers can dine-in on bespoke elm wood tables, surrounded by fresh orchids in the simple yet sophisticated surroundings, or if you’re looking to eat out, all dishes are available for takeaway & delivery.

itsu’s menu includes hot noodle and rice bowls (perfect on these chilly winter days!), fresh sushi and salads as well as their signature steamed gyoza and bao buns. The majority of dishes are under 500 good calories and cost less than £7.50. You’ll find your favourite itsu classics as well as a new range of vegan stir-fry style noodles & jumbo sushi prawns.

 Not sure what to choose? An itsu sensei will be waiting front of house to greet customers and answer any questions, and state-of-the art digital ordering screens have been designed for lightning-fast service, customisation of hot dishes and instant access to nutritional & allergen information.

The restaurant offers 15% discount to students and NHS workers all year round, plus the store is doing its bit to help minimise food waste by offering 50% off sushi and salads in their half-price sale 30 minutes before closing their doors!
