Job Description
- Help launch and lead ALDO’s new temporary store at The Glades.
- Support the day-to-day running of the store over a 5 to 6 month contract.
- Coach, motivate and manage the team to achieve sales targets, conversion and KPIs.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and styling advice.
- Oversee stock management, store opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards.
- Build customer loyalty and create a positive in-store experience.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous retail management or supervisory experience.
- Footwear, fashion or fast-paced retail experience preferred.
- Confident leading and motivating a team.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a temporary/pop-up store environment.
- Available to work a flexible rota, including weekends and peak trading periods.
- Able to commit to the full 5 to 6 month contract.

About the Role
As Assistant Shop Manager, you’ll play a key role in setting the shop and team up for success, creating an environment where every customer receives the exceptionally high level of service that lies at the heart of the Bravissimo experience.
You’ll support the Shop Manager with the overall success of the shop, helping to deliver strong commercial results while leading, motivating and developing the team to reach their full potential.
Your ability to plan effectively and your attention to detail will help ensure the smooth running of the shop, while your initiative and commercial acumen will help identify opportunities to continually improve the experience for both customers and the team.

- Previous retail management experience is essential, but experience in the lingerie sector is not required.

Patisserie Valerie at The Glades is looking for a passionate, creative and skilled Chef to join its team.
You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, supporting daily kitchen operations and helping to deliver an excellent dining experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes
• Support the smooth running of daily kitchen operations
• Guide and support members of the kitchen team

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Sales at Tesla, you’ll be the face of the brand, engaging with customers, capturing leads and guiding them through a smooth and memorable sales journey.
