Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

a. The promotion is open to members of the public aged 18 or over.

b. Entrants must make a qualifying purchase at The Glades during the promotional period and register their entry in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

c. Employees of The Glades, its managing agents, the event agency and anyone directly involved in the organisation or operation of the promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. Promotional Period

a. The Shop & Win promotion will run from Thursday 27th August to Monday 31st August 2026 inclusive.

b. Only qualifying purchases made at The Glades during this promotional period will be accepted.

c. Receipt registration will be available at the Shop & Win station in the Central Atrium, Lower Mall, from 11am to 4pm daily.

d. Registration will close at 4pm on Monday 31st August 2026. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

3. Qualifying Spend

a. To enter, participants must spend a minimum of £50 on eligible shopping or services at The Glades during the promotional period.

b. The £50 minimum spend may be made in one transaction or across multiple transactions, and receipts may be combined to reach the required £50 spend.

c. Qualifying purchases must be made from businesses located within The Glades. A full list of stores, restaurants and services can be found HERE.

d. The following do not count towards the qualifying £50 spend:

• Purchases of gift cards or gift vouchers;
• Currency exchange or foreign currency transactions;
• Cash withdrawals or other financial transactions;
• Refunds, returned purchases or cancelled transactions;
• Deposits where the full purchase or service has not been completed;
• Any transaction that does not represent the genuine purchase of goods or services at The Glades.

e. The Glades reserves the right to determine whether a purchase qualifies for entry and may refuse any receipt or transaction that does not meet these requirements.

4. How to Enter

a. Entrants must bring their qualifying receipt(s) to the Shop & Win station in the Central Atrium, Lower Mall during the registration opening hours.

b. Receipts will be checked by the event team before an entry is accepted.

c. Entrants will be required to provide their full name and a valid email address to register.

d. Only one entry is permitted per person for the entire promotional period.

e. Each email address may be used for one entry only.

f. Spending more than £50 does not provide additional entries. For example, a qualifying spend of £50 and a qualifying spend of £500 each receive one entry only.

g. Multiple receipts may be combined to reach the £50 minimum spend, but they do not create additional entries.

h. Duplicate registrations will be removed from the prize draw.

5. Returns and Refunds

a. Purchases used to qualify for the promotion must not have been returned, refunded or cancelled before the prize draw takes place.

b. If a purchase used as part of a qualifying entry is subsequently returned or refunded and the remaining eligible spend falls below £50, the entry will no longer be valid.

c. The Glades reserves the right to request proof of purchase and verify a qualifying transaction before awarding a prize.

6. Prizes

a. There will be 15 winners, with one prize awarded to each winner.

b. The prizes available are:

c. Each winner will receive one prize only.

d. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

e. Images used in promotional materials are for illustrative purposes only. Actual prizes, models, colours, packaging or appearance may vary from those shown.

f. Where circumstances outside The Glades’ reasonable control make a stated prize unavailable, The Glades reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value.

7. Prize Draw & Winner Selection

a. All valid entries will be entered into the prize draw.

b. 15 winners will be selected at random on Thursday 3rd September 2026.

c. Each valid entrant has an equal chance of being selected regardless of the value of their qualifying spend above £50.

d. Each entrant can win one prize only.

8. Winner Notification

a. Winners will be contacted using the email address provided when registering.

b. Winner notification emails will be sent from an official The Glades email address.

c. Winners must respond within 7 days of being contacted to claim their prize.

d. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted, is found to be ineligible or is unable to provide any requested proof of purchase, The Glades reserves the right to select a replacement winner at random.

e. Details regarding prize collection or delivery will be provided directly to each winner.

9. General Terms

a. Entrants are responsible for providing accurate contact information. The Glades cannot be held responsible where a winner cannot be contacted because incorrect details were provided.

b. The Glades reserves the right to verify entries and qualifying purchases and to disqualify any entry it reasonably believes to be fraudulent, duplicated, altered or otherwise in breach of these Terms & Conditions.

c. The Glades reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

d. Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

10. Data Protection

Personal information collected as part of the promotion will be used to administer the prize draw, contact winners and for marketing communications from The Glades.

By entering the promotion, participants agree to receive marketing communications from The Glades using the email address provided when registering.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with The Glades’ Privacy Policy.
