RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes
Oversee daily kitchen operations and guide kitchen staff
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards
Monitor inventory, minimise waste, and manage kitchen supplies
Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control
Work closely with management to deliver an excellent dining experience
REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as a Chef or Cook
Strong culinary skills and creativity
Ability to lead and support a kitchen team
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork
