Acting as a first point of contact for customer information • Resolving issues or complaints in a friendly and professional manner • Working alongside a team to handle concerns • Processing Shopmobility payments • Responding to customer enquiries and requests • Creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere • Basic Word and Excel skills required for administrative duties.

You are confident dealing with a variety of situations and highly focused on customer service • You have strong organisational and time-management skills • You demonstrate good verbal and written communication • You take a proactive, positive approach to all tasks • You are computer-literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office applications.
