About the Role

As Assistant Shop Manager, you’ll play a key role in setting the shop and team up for success, creating an environment where every customer receives the exceptionally high level of service that lies at the heart of the Bravissimo experience.

You’ll support the Shop Manager with the overall success of the shop, helping to deliver strong commercial results while leading, motivating and developing the team to reach their full potential.

Your ability to plan effectively and your attention to detail will help ensure the smooth running of the shop, while your initiative and commercial acumen will help identify opportunities to continually improve the experience for both customers and the team.

Key Responsibilities

• We’re looking for a well-organised, experienced manager who is self-starting, customer-focused and confident leading a team.
• Previous retail management experience is essential, but experience in the lingerie sector is not required.

You will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, supporting daily kitchen operations and helping to deliver an excellent dining experience for every customer.

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Sales at Tesla, you’ll be the face of the brand, engaging with customers, capturing leads and guiding them through a smooth and memorable sales journey. Role Responsibilities

• Delivering a consistent ‘customer first’ experience and supporting the team to do the same

• Supporting product training and ensuring strong brand and product knowledge
