RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes

Oversee daily kitchen operations and guide kitchen staff

Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards

Monitor inventory, minimise waste, and manage kitchen supplies

Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and portion control

Work closely with management to deliver an excellent dining experience

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook

Strong culinary skills and creativity

Ability to lead and support a kitchen team

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork

Customer Experience Specialist, Sales (Part Time)
Part-time 20 hours per week

About the Role

As a Customer Experience Specialist, Sales at Tesla, you’ll be the face of the brand, engaging with customers, capturing leads and guiding them through a smooth and memorable sales journey. Working as part of a wider sales and delivery team, you’ll help drive sales growth while supporting Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in-store and at events to identify and capture sales leads
• Deliver exceptional customer service and promote the Tesla test drive experience
• Build strong customer relationships and communicate Tesla’s value proposition
• Capture, manage and update customer data accurately in CRM systems
• Support events and lead generation activity to maximise conversion
• Work collaboratively with sales and delivery teams to meet shared targets

Ideal Candidate

Someone with a background in Retail, Hospitality or Customer Service, who enjoys engaging with people and delivering standout experiences.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
• Proven experience delivering great customer experiences
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
• Passion for sustainability and Tesla’s mission
• Willingness to learn Tesla products and services
• Full driving licence held for 2+ years

22.5 Hours per week

Space NK at The Glades is looking for an experienced Keyholder to support the management team in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences and helping develop a high-performing store team.

As a destination for over 100 innovative and in-demand beauty brands, Space NK places the customer at the heart of everything it does. The Keyholder plays a key role in supporting daily operations while leading by example on the shop floor.

Role Responsibilities

  • Delivering a consistent ‘customer first’ experience and supporting the team to do the same

  • Supporting product training and ensuring strong brand and product knowledge

  • Driving sales targets and the company acquisition target for N.dulge

  • Supporting stock accuracy and adhering to all stock handling policies

  • Maintaining team awareness of sales, ATV, AUS and conversion targets

  • Communicating clearly with internal and external business partners

  • Analysing business reports to review store performance

  • Creating an inclusive, welcoming environment for employees

  • Providing timely performance feedback to the management team

  • Leading, motivating and inspiring the team as a role model

  • Ensuring the store is maintained in line with company policies and procedures

Ideal Candidate

Previous Keyholder experience is essential.
