This October, Spirit of Bromley Community Week returns to The Glades, bringing together some of the brilliant local charities and community organisations that work every day to support people across our borough.

From 21–27 October, our Central Atrium will become a space to meet these organisations, discover the work they do, hear their stories and find out how you can get involved.

Spirit of Bromley is our opportunity to give local organisations a platform right in the heart of the community – and to celebrate the people who give their time, energy and passion to making Bromley a better place.

What’s happening

21 & 22 October – Bromley Brighter Beginnings
Meet the team and discover more about their fantastic work supporting local families in need.

23 October – Bromley Scouts & Community Links
Two brilliant local organisations will share the Central Atrium, giving you the chance to meet their teams and learn more about the work they do across Bromley.

24 & 25 October – Bromley FC Community Trust
Our friends from Bromley FC Community Trust will be joining us to showcase how they use the power of football to connect with and support people across the borough.

26 October – Sonnet Wind Orchestra
Enjoy a special live performance from Sonnet Wind Orchestra from 12pm–2pm, raising funds in support of Bromley Brighter Beginnings. Stop by, enjoy the music and help support a fantastic local cause.

27 October – Greener & Cleaner Community Blanket Crochet 
To finish the week, our friends at Greener & Cleaner are bringing the community together for a special creative project – making a giant community crochet blanket. Come along, get involved and add your contribution to something created together by the people of Bromley.
