Step into a world of Christmas magic this December as The Glades Centre Atrium transforms into the North Pole – a place where letters fly, elves bustle, Santa reads every message with care, and festive kindness fills the air.

This year, our celebration brings together all the joyful traditions families love: letter-writing, meeting Santa, gift wrapping, walkabout characters, and community giving, all under one tree.

Get ready to believe in the magic of Christmas all over again.

WHAT’S HAPPENING THIS YEAR:

🎄 The North Pole Post Office

Take a seat inside our magical Post Office – where towering piles of letters, festive envelopes and Santa’s mail sacks create a world straight from a storybook. Children can write their letter of Christmas wishes, before heading straight through to Santa’s Study to hand it to Father Christmas himself.

📬 Santa’s Study – Meet Father Christmas

Walk into Santa’s cosy reading room, where he’ll be checking his list and reading letters from Bromley’s children. A magical moment – and a perfect festive photo opportunity.

🎁 Gift Wrapping Station – Giving Back Through Kindness

Our beautifully themed wrapping station returns for another year of Christmas kindness. Visitors can have their gifts wrapped for free in our festive paper, ribbons and bows. We simply encourage any donation to our Charity of the Year, Bromley Children and Families Voluntary Sector Forum. A perfect way to wrap your presents while doing something meaningful.

🎉 Walkabout Characters

Keep your eyes open for some friendly festive faces around The Glades this Christmas, ready to spread some cheer! The centre will be visited by:

• The Gingerbreads (13th-14th December)

• The North Pole Posties handing out Candy Cane greetings (20th-21st December)
