Immerse yourself in our Christmas experience this December, with festive fun for all the family. Come along and write a letter to Santa in our toy shop grotto, meet some of your favourite characters as they roam the centre, and even meet Father Christmas himself!
SANTA’S TOY SHOP GROTTO
Step into a magical wonderland at our Toy Shop Grotto, where shelves are bursting with toys and wrapped gifts – a real treat for the eyes! Little ones can dive into the enchanting world of the toy shop, write a special letter to Santa, and pop it into our cheery red post box.
For all the good boys and girls, a jolly meeting with Santa awaits, complete with festive photos and a chance to share their Christmas wishes. And guess what? Because they’ve been so nice this year, they’ll even receive an early Christmas gift straight from Santa himself!

Mrs Claus – Saturday 2nd December
Keep your eyes peeled for the delightful Mrs Claus at The Glades – she might just be wandering around, handing out scrumptious treats and spreading heaps of Christmas cheer!
Gingerbread Duo – Saturday 9th December
Run, run as fast as you can, see if you can catch our Gingerbread clan! See if you can spot these bright and cheerful characters as they roam around The Glades. They’ll be causing some Christmas mischief on the mall!
Frozen Sisters – Saturday 16th December
Let the magic unfold as everyone’s favourite snowy sisters are joining us at The Glades for a very enchanting visit! Bringing their winter wonder to life, they’ll be sharing festive stories and singing their hearts out for our shoppers!
The Grinch – Friday 22nd & Saturday 23rd December
The Grinch is in town, ready to surprise shoppers with some mischievous Christmas magic! Keep your eyes peeled for this green troublemaker and if you’re lucky he might just let you snap a photo.
He might claim to hate, hate, hate, double hate Christmas, and we just know he will be up to no good when he visits us at The Glades, but he’s a softy inside really!
