The Glades Bromley Summer Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
a. Entry is open to all members of the public aged 18 and over who make qualifying purchases at The Glades Bromley during the promotional period.
b. Entry is prohibited for anyone directly involved in the operation or management of the Bromley Jetsetter Event.

2. Entry Period
a. The competition will run for three (3) consecutive days: Friday 25th July to Saturday 27th July 2025 inclusive.
b. Purchases made within The Glades Bromley from Friday 25th July until 3pm on Saturday 27th July 2025 are eligible for entry.
c. Registration of receipts will close at 4pm on Saturday 27th July 2025.

b. Purchases made within The Glades Bromley from Friday 25th July until 3pm on Saturday 27th July 2025 are eligible for entry.

3. How to Enter
a. Shoppers must either:

• Spend a minimum of £50 or more in a single transaction, or
• Accumulate receipts totalling £50 or more across multiple transactions made within The Glades Bromley between 25th and 27th July inclusive.
b. Receipts can be from any store, restaurant or service located within The Glades Bromley. The list of qualifying stores, restaurants and services is shown below.
c. Receipts must be presented in person at the designated holiday zone (Central Atrium, Lower Mall) within the centre before registration closes.
d. Eligible receipts will be verified and recorded by event staff.
e. Entrants must complete an entry form with their full name, contact number and email address to enter the prize draw.
f. Every £50 spent at The Glades qualifies for one entry form. There is no limit to the number of entries a person can receive in a single day, as long as each entry is supported by a separate qualifying spend of £50. For example, if you spend £150 in one day, you will receive three entry forms. Multiple entries can be submitted on the same day.

g. Purchases made on previous days within the promotional period remain valid if registered before the competition closes at 4pm on 27th July 2025.
4. Prize Draw & Winner Selection
a. All valid entries will be entered into a prize draw.
b. The winner will be randomly selected via a live online draw broadcast on Monday 28th July 2025.
c. The winner will receive the £1,000 holiday voucher as featured in the “Win £1,000 Towards Your Holiday” promotion. The voucher will be valid for [12 months] from the date of issue.
d. Only the designated event manager will have access to the lock code or key to the entry storage. Event staff will not have access.

5. Winner Notification & Prize Collection
a. The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided (email and/or phone) within 48 hours of the draw.
b. If the winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within 7 days, a replacement winner will be drawn.
c. The prize must be accepted as awarded. No cash alternative or prize substitution will be offered.

b. The Glades Bromley reserves the right to verify all entries, including receipt values and authenticity.

d. The Glades Bromley reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the competition at any time without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
