Delivery

Click & Collect (FREE)

The Click and Collect service allows you to purchase your gift cards online and collect them from the Guest Service desk on the upper mall near M&S in shopping centre. The purchased gift card requires collection within twelve months of today’s date. Orders expire after twelve months and can no longer be collected. The gift card will be valid for twelve months from the date of collection at the selected shopping centre. Please note this service is not available at all shopping centres. Please note limits apply for Click & Collect orders: maximum Gift Card basket value £200.

First Class Postage (£2.99)

During peak periods this can take up to 5 working days. There is no compensation and no proof of delivery will be sought by Royal Mail. This includes shipping of 1 card. Additional cards will be charged at an additional 50p per card.

Recorded Delivery (£3.99)

During peak periods this can take up to 5 working days. There is no compensation but a signature will be requested by Royal Mail as proof of delivery. This includes shipping of 1 card. Additional cards will be charged at an additional 50p per card.

Special Delivery (£8.49)

Royal Mail aim to deliver by 1pm the next working day. There is compensation of up to £500 and the package will be tracked and a signature requested by Royal Mail as proof of delivery. This includes shipping of 1 card. Additional cards will be charged at an additional 50p per card.

Courier service (£19.99)

Ideal for bulk or business shipping the package will be delivered the next business day. This includes shipping of up to 500 cards. An additional 500 cards can be delivered and will be charged at an additional £8.99. There is no compensation but the package is tracked and a signature will be requested by the courier service.

Important Information about shipping your order

Please note that Gift Cards and other products purchased from EML Payments LTD using a credit or debit card will only be dispatched to the address registered with the payment card issuer unless the Send Direct to recipient option is selected.

During the order process you will be provided with details of the delivery methods that are available for your order along with the costs of each method. Please read the information regarding each delivery method as the delivery charges will be different for each method and certain restrictions in the timing of deliveries and compensation will apply.

 

 

FAQ

Where can I use my Gift Card?

You may use your The Glades Gift Card within participating retailers at the centre. All our stores and restaurants take the gift card with the exception of Auntie Anne’s, Super Cuts, Therapie Clinic, Marlowe’s, And Cut, Orangetheory Fitness, Crystal Palace Store, Base Outlet, 3 Store, EE, O2 and Vodafone.

How do I use my Gift Card?

Simple! Present it to a participating retailer in the same way as any other debit card. The retailer will process the transaction and ask you to sign the receipt. It’s always a good idea to check your balance before spending on the card.

*A charge of 25p + standard network charges will apply, including responses to invalid card numbers. These charges will be levied by your mobile telephone service provider and not by EML Payments LTD.

What do I do if I’ve lost my Gift Card?

If you lose your Gift Card or it is stolen or damaged please telephone Customer Services on 0844 774 4277. After you have notified us of the loss, theft or damage of your Gift Card and providing that we are able to identify your card and satisfy certain security checks, you will be able to collect a replacement card from the shopping centre according to instructions given to you by our customer support team. A cancellation and replacement fee of £5.95 per Gift Card will be deducted from the remaining balance on the Gift Card, or you may elect to pay the fee separately.

Are there any charges?

There is no charge to obtain a The Glades Gift Card, however please note fees and charges do apply for certain services. As described in the terms and conditions, The Glades Gift Cards expire 12 months after issue. The exact expiry date of your Gift Card is shown on the receipt.

Does my Gift Card need to be activated?

If your Gift Card was purchased at a shopping centre it is already active. If it was purchased online it will require activation. Please follow the instructions provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you need any assistance with card activation please contact Customer Services on 0844 774 4277.
